At present the Board meets on the third Wednesday of alternate months in the Meeting Room of the library at 4:30 p.m. The meetings are open to the public.

Members of the Board are Judge Sharon Atack, Helen Blanks, Mary Ann Clark (Chairman), Violet Gordon (Secretary), Delories C. Hall, Dick Keer (Vice Chairman) and Dr. Judith J. Kent

In addition to making policy, the Board recommends for employment a Library Director who shall be educationally and professionally qualified and is responsible for preparing an annual operating budget to the BCC.
