WHEREAS, the Flagler County Public Library provides as one of its services display areas for approved individuals, groups or organizations; and WHEREAS, said display areas are public areas without the benefit of special security other than the general supervision of the Library; and WHEREAS the undersigned voluntarily and without charge has requested to display its ware with the full knowledge and understanding that they will be displayed in public areas without the benefit of special security, NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the public service being provided by said Library to the undersigned, the undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges the Flagler County Public Library or any associates thereof from any and all claims, damages, actions, or causes of action as the result of any damage to or theft of said wares placed upon display or in display cases with the Library.
