There once was reported to be large groves of Live Oak Trees in Flagler County.  The proximity
to water transport and a mill near the Matanzas Estuary probably aided in their logging.   Otherwise
the areas East of the northern Flagler portion of Old Kings Road must look much like they did
in 1835.
