1940's:  Agri-Business
Governor Caldwell's dairy will be in operation here.  the internal combustion engine has replaced draft animals and the industrial model of production has changed the face of Florida agriculture.  Here visitors will see the beginnings of technology on the farm and large scale production of agricultural products.

All the outdoor exhibits will be separated from each other by the central pasture that provides open space and a buffer between time periods.                  
Cattle, horses and other livestock will be kept in these pastures and will represent various breeds throughout the years.
